Where do you deliver to?

We deliver within the Republic of Ireland.

How long will my delivery take?

  • Please allow 2-4 working days for deliveries within Ireland. Please Note: these are approximate delivery times taking into account various factors. Generally, we suggest ordering in advance to ensure on-time delivery.

How can I track my order?

You will be able to track your order via our delivery partner An Post. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking link, allowing you to track your order with An Post.

How do you package your orders?

We aim to reduce our packaging as much as possible for our orders. All of our mailers and shipping boxes are fully biodegradable.

Changed your mind? That’s okay! We offer a 14-Day Returns Policy. Just send back the parcel to us, with receipt /packing slip, and we will process your refund as soon as possible (minus delivery charge).

Returns policy

  • Items must be returned and received within 14 Days of Receipt of Delivery.
  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Cyril Morgan Hair is not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty. 
  • We cannot guarantee the return of your item so we do strongly encourage you to please send it via tracked post. Should any uninsured items be damaged during the returns process please note that you will be responsible for them.
  • If your purchase has a fault please notify us upon receiving your order – Any flawed – faulty item reported after this period will not be accepted. If your item is faulty, please email your order number & the reason or description of the fault to
  • No exchange is possible on items.
  • Products must be returned in unopened original packaging. No used or opened items will be accepted as a return.
  • For special promotions, we do not offer refunds and will only offer store credit. This will be highlighted on our website. If you wish to query before purchase, please contact
  • 3 for 2 promotions: if you return the free item, no refund will be issued. If you return one of the other items, you will be refunded the amount for that product, less the value of the free product at the time you purchased it.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders at any time for whatever reason, in which case all funds paid will be returned. A member of the team will be in touch to discuss terms & conditions if any issues arise. 
  • We will refund your payment within 3-5 days of receiving and processing your return. The refund can only be made to the same method on which you originally paid. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund and we have no control over this, hence we advise you to allow up to 7 business days from goods being received to seeing the refund on your account.   • Items purchased for Christmas gifts from December 1st may be returned until January 10th for store credit/gift card only. If the purchase is returned within 14 days our regular return policy applies
