Phil Downey to join Cyril
We are so delighted to announce that the fabulous Phil Downey has decided to join Cyril Morgan Hair here on Limerick’s riverside.
Cyril and Phil have been seen as something of a dream team, always encouraging each other and pushing for higher standards, so it’s very exciting for us to work together once again.
